Wang Tiedong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the UIBE Business School, and Wang Zhihui, Associate Dean of the School, led a team of faculty experts. From IBI, Founder and CEO Qian Xiaojun, Vice President Shao Zhaojun, Zhang Wei—CEO of CNAUTO and Silk Road Cloud Chain (CNHUB), Xu Jian—Executive President of CNAUTO, and Ghulam Qadir—General Manager of IBI’s Cross-border Strategic Planning Department and Vice President of Toodudu, joined the exchange. Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on emerging cross-border trade paradigms under the Belt and Road framework, aiming to explore AI-empowered innovation paths in the digital economy era, promote digital transformation in commerce, and enhance collaboration across international industrial chains through university–enterprise synergy and global partnership.The session was moderated by Liang Kewen, Assistant to the President of IBI.

In the sharing session, Zhang Wei, CEO of CNAUTO and Silk Road Cloud Chain (CNHUB), presented “IBI’s Cross-Border Industrial Belt Practice,” systematically outlining IBI’s innovative integration of industrial digitalization with cross-border business. He highlighted concrete application scenarios and real-world outcomes of AI-empowered cross-border trade, offering replicable and scalable digital solutions for global participants.
